DA Kelly Burke Calls Houston Verdict "Web Clowns"

Clown Kelly

Pot Calls Kettle Black

Editorial
Ernesto Miranda

We here at the Houston Verdict take our journalistic integrity just as seriously as Kelly Burke takes his vows.  So, we were surprised to see that he had called us "Web Clowns" on his re-election website.  He also called our little site "vile and disgusting."

Therefore, we would now like to take the time to respond to King Kelly directly.  Sometimes the truth hurts Kelly.  If taking a look at yourself in the mirror of satire is vile and disgusting, then we hate it for you big boy.  Don't complain.  After all, to quote you, “All’s fair in love and war. Politics can be war, so believe me, there are no rules.”  By the way, as you are well aware, this site is lampooning only you Kelly not the rest of your office.  In fact, some in your office have sent us ideas for articles.  We wouldn't lampoon our own fans.

We now return to our regularly scheduled satire.

Crime = Theft by Conversion in that the said accused did use public money for campaign commercials, contrary to the Laws of the State of Georgia, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

As you probably know, this site is a little thing we like to call satire, it is not the Houston Home Journal nor is it District Attorney Kelly Burke's site.  It is however dedicated to illustrating the surreal nature of life with King Kelly, DA of  Houston County.  If you need this footnote to tell you this, you either rode the short bus to school or you are Kelly Burke.    This site was created on a private computer in a private home, on a private internet connection, to a privately owned domain.
