District Attorney Kelly Burke Arrested After Nude Skiing Incident in Aspen

    According to the Aspen, Colorado Police Department, District Attorney Kelly Burke was arrested yesterday afternoon for indecent exposure.  Witnesses said that Burke shed his new ski suit, donned a red cape and proceeded to ski down the mountain naked.  In an ironic twist, a group of children from Bonaire Elementary School were gathered at the bottom of the mountain for a ski lesson when Burke came in for a landing as pictured above.  Burke was quickly taken into custody by the Ski Patrol which had followed him down the mountain.  When asked about the incident, witness Erma Snellgrove of nearby South Park was quoted as saying, "It's no big thing."
