Burke Portrait Exhibition Opens Today

Charlotte Webb Staff Writer

Today marks the opening of the Kelly Burke Portrait Exhibition at the Fatherland Cultural Center in downtown Perry.  Artists from throughout the county submitted portraits of Burke after being rounded up by members of the Ministry of Culture.  Burke himself will select the winning portrait which will become the Official Portrait of the Houston County District Attorney's Office and will be hung in Burke's supply closet.  The winning artist will be released from the Houston County Re-Education Camp.  Doug Neidermeyer, recently promoted to Chief of Home County Security,  says that he has tightened security at the center to prevent any disruptions by fanatic outside agitators.  The Exhibition can be viewed daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Saturday and Sunday.  The winning portrait will be announced in a press conference next Monday morning at the Houston County Judicial Complex.

As you probably know, this site is a little thing we like to call satire, it is not the Houston Home Journal nor is it District Attorney Kelly Burke's site.  It is however dedicated to illustrating the surreal nature of life with King Kelly, DA of  Houston County.  If you need this footnote to tell you this, you either rode the short bus to school or you are Kelly Burke.    This site was created on a private computer in a private home, on a private internet connection, to a privately owned domain.
