The Houston County District Attorney's Office announced today
that Special Prosecutor Vernor Wormer has been appointed to root out
over-the-top, subversive elements and outside agitators in the local defense
bar. Said Burke, "they know who they are, I will not be mocked.
They will all bow before me."
Wormer intends to immediately place the "subversive elements" on double secret
probation, supervised by Special Probation Officer Doug Neidermeyer. SPO
Neidermeyer and his troops will also provide much needed additional security for
the District Attorney's Office. In a press conference Friday, Neidermeyer
assured the citizens of Houston County that he would, "stop at nothing to stamp
out any voice of dissent in Houston County." He closed by saying, "You're
all worthless and weak! Now drop and give me twenty!"
