Houston County District Attorney Kelly Burke Vows to Retain "Indicter of the Dead" Title

By Charlotte Webb, Staff Writer

After reading an article in the AJC entitled, A Really Cold Case, Houston County District Attorney Kelly Burke called an emergency press conference on the courthouse steps.  Enraged by what  Burke sees as invading his territory, he vowed to indict just as many or more dead people than Fulton County.  Said Burke, "Sure they can indict dead people in Fulton County but they don't know they're dead.  We indict defendants after we have been notified of their deaths.  So there.  Just because you're dead doesn't mean we won't put you on probation and require you to get a GED"

As of press time, Paul Howard was unavailable for comment.

As you probably know, this site is a little thing we like to call satire, it is not the Houston Home Journal nor is it District Attorney Kelly Burke's site.  It is however dedicated to illustrating the surreal nature of life with King Kelly, DA of  Houston County.  If you need this footnote to tell you this, you either rode the short bus to school or you are Kelly Burke.    This site was created on a private computer in a private home, on a private internet connection, to a privately owned domain.
