Slaughter of the "Innocents"
Every since my recent article, The Age of Responsibility, was published, people have been stopping me on the street. They say things like, “Kelly has society gone mad?” “Why can’t the system protect us from ten year old children?”, "What would Molech do?" and “Is there nothing we can do to stem the tide of murderers aged 12 and younger?” I say to them, “Yes, society has gone mad but there is something we can do.” All right thinking people should support my proposed legislation to authorize the death penalty or life in prison for those ages 12 and younger. The scourge of violent predatory toddlers must be stopped. I intend to sponsor the Children’s Welfare Act of 2004 in the general assembly. This act would finally allow any punishment for those under 12 years old, up to and including the death penalty thus closing a loophole left open for far too long. I encourage you to write to your representative in support of the Children’s Welfare Act of 2004. If we don’t kill or lock away our children forever,
how much money will we spend as a society cleaning up the mess?
