Wow.  He wanted to "think about the matter" before commenting??  He has a lawyer representing him??  Huh?!?!   Based on the government's usual "logic", I am totally confused!!  I thought not immediately submitting to a full custodial interrogation meant you were hiding something?  Right?  I thought "lawyering up" meant you are guilty and are trying to "beat the rap"?  I don't get it?  Am I missing something?!  SAY IT ISN'T SO, KELLY!  Act now in the same fashion you and like minded prosecutors expect other suspects to act...STOP hiding behind your "technical" constitutional rights...STOP "hiding behind a lawyer"...this is your moment of truth, Kelly...make us NORPS proud...fire your lawyer and march yourself right up to the Sheriff's Office, waive your rights, and give a full video-taped statement.  And if you need courage in this moment of personal crisis, carry a Bible with you.  Don't worry.  Since we're going to give you the same presumption of innocence that you want jurors to give the suspects you prosecute, you have nothing to fear!
